Apply structured thinking to help break down complex business challenges into manageable components
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes, develop hypotheses, and recommend data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience in a strategic, analytical, project management role, ideally within (re)insurance, financial services or consulting in a strategy environment
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
University degree from an accredited institution
Experience in supporting the planning cycle for a large organization with cross-functional engagement and prioritization
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment across diverse teams
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with underwriting, portfolio management, or capital management is advantageous
