Business Analyst Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions for business and operational needs.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements for global solutions and common processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Evaluate solutions, recommend improvements, and align stakeholders on proposed changes.
• Lead requirements management, project planning, testing, implementation priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Support significant system changes, enhancements, troubleshooting, and assigned project activities.
• Ensure solutions and documentation align with SDLC, internal IT standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategy.
• Coach and direct junior Business Analysts and team members, supporting professional development and work performance.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience; or associate degree with at least 10 years; or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience applying project management fundamentals, including planning, scope, dependencies, requirements, and schedules.
• Understanding of SDLC and business analysis; experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and verifying requirements.
• Ability to develop functional design documentation and detailed test plans; experience leading testing and supporting implementations.
• Knowledge of process improvement, audit controls, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with standard PC and Windows-based applications; strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
