Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business needs as Jira user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Engage stakeholders to establish communication, consensus, and alignment on project goals.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of Business Analyst experience; the posting also specifies 8–10 years.
• KYC domain experience; Financial Crime - KYC/AML is identified as mandatory.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and release planning, with a product owner mindset.
• Expert-level Jira proficiency for requirements management and development tracking.
