Customer requirements and engagement
- Understand RFP/RFI requirements with client engagement partners and document scope, features, functional and non-functional requirements, and stated and unstated customer needs.
- Create workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications through research and analysis of customer requirements and system capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, pre-sales, technical leads, and architects to formulate timely RFP/RFI responses.
- Communicate financial and operational impacts of changes and gather customer clarification and feedback on proposed solutions.
- Present proposed solutions or prototypes and maintain customer relationships to support business integration, lead generation, and service improvement.
Delivery and solution validation
- Share customer feedback with delivery teams and review test cases for coverage of customer requirements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of proposed solutions, demonstrations, and prototypes before customer presentation.
- Facilitate new change requests and support QA testing with timely feedback.
- Conduct integration testing and user-acceptance demonstrations to validate implementations.
- Use data modeling to analyze findings and develop improvements and changes.
- Assemble the full RFP/RFI solution before customer presentation and support delivery teams with milestones, phases, and project elements.
- Challenge delivery assumptions and support timely, high-quality customer delivery.
Domain expertise and knowledge
- Share expertise with other business analysts and build domain knowledge across the vertical.
- Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view for the consulting community.
- Identify use cases from projects or accounts that could support business enhancement across Wipro.
- Conduct market research and provide current inputs to projects.
Mandatory qualifications
- Mandatory skill: business analysis in the BFSI domain.
- Experience: 5–8 years.
Performance measures
Measures include customer satisfaction, utilization, leads generated, requirements-documentation gaps, project-manager feedback, process-flow quality and timeliness, solutioning completed within timeline, and delivery velocity.
Knowledge measures include papers written, user stories created, proposal documentation uploaded, and reusable proposal components developed.
