🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Junior / Senior)
📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
At Atar, we’re building technology that is transforming how residential and commercial properties are marketed, sold, leased, and managed.
We’re looking for Business Analysts at both Junior and Senior levels to join our growing team and help shape the future of PropTech.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams through the software development lifecycle
- Support process improvement, solution design, and product enhancement initiatives
- Participate in stakeholder workshops, requirements validation, and solution testing
- For senior candidates: lead analysis streams, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to product strategy
Junior Business Analyst
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product, or related roles
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Familiarity with user stories, process mapping, and software projects
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Senior Business Analyst
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product roles
- Strong experience with requirements engineering, solution design, and stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or PropTech is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and business insights
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred

hybrid role
offering flexibility for remote work, while maintaining in-person collaboration when needed.
