We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to act as the bridge between our operational goals, market needs, and technical capabilities.
In this role, you will dive deep into our daily operations and the broader market, uncovering customer pain points and inefficiencies, and translating them into clear requirements that our tech and AI teams can solve.

What You'll Do
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer pain points and unmet needs, translating them into innovative, actionable product ideas for our AI and tech teams.
- Validate & Assess Adoption: Evaluate the potential market impact of new tech initiatives before development, and continuously measure customer acceptance, feedback, and adoption rates post-launch.
- Analyze & Optimize: Map out current 'As-Is' processes across retail, supply chain, and e-commerce, and design future 'To-Be' workflows optimized by data and AI.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations) and the technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Document & Define: Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), process flowcharts, and clear acceptance criteria for the engineering teams.
Skills
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, ideally working closely with data, AI, or software development teams.
- Proven experience in market research, customer journey mapping, and assessing product-market fit.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and clearly communicate business requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in the retail, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) to independently verify data.
- Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI/ML projects and how to structure user stories for predictive models, recommendation engines, or computer vision solutions.
