Business Analyst III

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Supply Chain Health Assessments and other assessment data, supporting creation and delivery for Sales.
• Use ERP and supply chain data knowledge to answer industry, ERP, and data-specific questions.
• Partner with BI, Product, Development, Sales, and Solution Engineering to improve assessment tools, processes, and client-facing presentations.
• Develop and streamline presales reporting; review account data profiles and create client-specific assessments.
• Maintain industry, regulatory, and product knowledge and identify data and analytics capabilities for the assessment tools roadmap.
• Independently prioritize requests and address complex or ambiguous data issues, escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a technical field, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, technical Product Management, Sales, and/or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of Supply Chain experience, or Supply Chain experience with an MBA or other related advanced degree.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations; comfort applying AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.
• Experience with ERP and/or EMR systems; knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to format and analyze large data sets.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration, analytical problem-solving, professional writing, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.

Compensation

• Base salary range is $81,000–$108,000 per year; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.
