The role focuses on business process planning, system design, business architecture, infrastructure, and technology solution delivery.
The position collaborates with development teams and system subject-matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Plan business processes and formulate recommendations to improve business activities.
- Work on system designs and business architecture while supporting development and quality assurance.
- Document client business requirements and processes.
- Design, build, and maintain stable and efficient infrastructure.
- Define system specifications based on company needs.
- Plan and design technology solution structures.
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
- Evaluate and select suitable software or hardware.
- Oversee programs, guide team members, and provide technical leadership.
- Solve technical problems and address technical concerns.
- Ensure agreed architecture and infrastructure are implemented.
- Oversee program development and implementation and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- B.Tech, MCA, MBA, PGDM in Insurance, or a related qualification.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications in insurance, financial services, or IT Business Analysis are preferred.
