Role overview

Essential functions

• Work with leadership to understand business performance drivers and create tools and processes to visualize progress toward goals.
• Collect, analyze, translate, and document business or technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and standardize work streams and data flows; create process documentation and organize or conduct testing and validation.
• Monitor project or solution performance, initiate corrective actions, communicate status, and collect feedback for improvement.
• Ensure documents are complete and stored appropriately; promote and improve the division's ISO-aligned quality management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety and ergonomic standards.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, business, or a related field; experience may substitute for education.
• One to three years of related experience, or experience in lieu of education.

Knowledge and skills

• Basic proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools; foundational knowledge of database queries and APIs.
• Mathematical and financial analysis skills; strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel experience are beneficial.
• Business analysis certification or formal training is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work with minimal supervision, and motivate team members.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Work environment

• The position works in a normal office environment and may occasionally enter a production environment with noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Compensation and benefits

• The stated salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 per year; discretionary bonuses may also be available.
