Business Analyst (French Speaking) | Dubai
We are looking for a French-speaking Business Analyst to join our team in Dubai.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design and document process flows, workflows, and wireframes to support solution delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and requirements discussions.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Prepare training materials and user documentation.
- Create clear documentation, meeting minutes, and process diagrams.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (

- 3–6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, wireframing, and business documentation.
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on involvement in testing, implementation, and user training.
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain processes is highly desirable.
