Overview
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
- Review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and prepare Functional Specifications and Test Cases.
- Participate in Loan IQ implementation, customization, configuration, and support activities.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production deployments.
- Work closely with business users, developers, system analysts, and vendors to deliver banking solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Loan IQ functional and interface-related issues.
- Support system integrations with core banking and third-party applications.
- Prepare user documentation, training materials, and process workflows.
- Track changes, enhancements, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and data confidentiality requirements.
