Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal leaders and accounting clients to document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze client financial reporting, bookkeeping processes, and data pipelines to identify bottlenecks and recommend software solutions.
• Specify processes and systems for tax filing, payroll processing, and automated ledger entries.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement solutions connecting client data sources with core processing algorithms.
• Advise on information systems strategy, digital transformation, cloud service delivery, IT management, data security, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with business units, engineering, product managers, and support personnel on system updates.
• Perform functional, integration, and user-acceptance testing; monitor system performance and adoption and recommend algorithm and UI/UX improvements.
