We are recruiting for our UAE region where youll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people supporting clients across the Emirates and wider MENA region. Efficio have been operating in KSA since 2014 and opened the Riyadh office in 2019. During this time, we have worked on some of the region’s largest infrastructure and Giga projects, helping them manage their end-to-end cost portfolio, deliver value from procurement faster and meet Local Content and ICV requirements.

Working under the guidance of an experienced consultant, your key role is to:

• Collecting, analysing, and synthesizing large data sets from various sources to generate insights that will provide important inputs to the project teams recommendations and solutions
• Justify conclusions and recommendations with relevant experience and rigorous, fact-based analysis
• Assisting consultants with developing and issuing RFPs and evaluating proposals from suppliers
• Proving input to client presentations and assisting with the visualization and presentation of analyses
• Working alongside the team to support the day-to-day delivery of projects
• Interacting with clients and suppliers as required

Wed love to hear about any additional skills or experiences you bring to the table. Were particularly interested in:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Emirati national with a family book / Eligible for NAFIS scheme
• An exemplary academic background; preferably with a top degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and motivation to suggest new ideas and see tasks through to completion
• Very good organization and time management skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
