We are seeking a analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help us scale our operations.
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business ideas and our technology production.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze current business processes, gather technical requirements, and help implement data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, clear communication skills, and experience in IT or digital media environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and workflows.
- Conduct Data Analysis to monitor project performance, evaluate business metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, system requirements, and user guides.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure the final product meets business needs.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, diagrams, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies, including basic SQL and Excel.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a team.
- Pay: AED17.00 - AED52.00 per hour
