About The Role
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories and process flows.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Support solution design and testing.
- Liaise between business users and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related discipline.
- 3–10 years' experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience with government services and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector experience.
- CBAP certification.
