Overview
- Elicit and document detailed requirements for digital banking products and features, focusing on the Arabic-speaking customer base.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis within the digital banking landscape, specifically targeting the MENA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, UX/UI, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches, keeping Arabic-speaking customer needs in mind.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows, translated where necessary for Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
- Analyze user feedback and data analytics to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions for digital banking services.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, in both English and Arabic.
