About the job BUSINESS ANALYST - CBAP/PMI (BANKING)
Role Summary
The Business Analyst supports demand management, business analysis, and documentation across IT initiatives, ensuring demand is well-defined and ready for prioritization and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document business and IT demand.
- Perform current-state and target-state analysis across business processes, systems, and data.
- Develop business cases and business requirements documentation.
- Maintain backlog documentation and demand tracking.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in demand capture and requirements documentation.
Preferred And Advantageous
- Hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
Certifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is advantageous.
Success Criteria
- Demand documentation completed and accepted without material rework.
- Analysis outputs support prioritization and solution design.
- Backlog and lifecycle documentation maintained accurately and kept up to date.
