Role overview

Business analysis and testing

• Elicit, analyse, and document stakeholder requirements; translate business needs into user stories.
• Map data and plan migrations; facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support UAT and provide end-user training and documentation as needed.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; perform regression and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with software vendors on resolution.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices; cover UAT with end users.

Qualifications and experience

• IT apprenticeship or degree in a related field.
• At least two years in business analysis and/or testing roles, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Office 365, SQL, and Azure DevOps; experience implementing APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work flexibly across tasks and complete objectives autonomously.

Preferred experience

• Familiarity with Creatio is beneficial.
• Experience in block management or lettings and in a multi-branded business is preferred.
