Responsibilities
- Perform functional analysis of banking and payment products and workflows.
- Assess product-level impacts across the card lifecycle, including authorization, validation, personalization, and administration.
- Analyze regulatory compliance and global financial regulations as they relate to product and process requirements.
- Support process re-engineering and workflow automation.
- Document product features, APIs, and business processes.
- Use JIRA and Confluence in Agile delivery and documentation.
- Use MS SQL and data analysis to support business analysis.
- Support analysis of REST/Open API and integration concepts.
- Prepare Excel-heavy reporting and PowerPoint materials for stakeholders.
Requirements
