What you’ll do
- Understand global stakeholder business requirements and identify solutions using Workday capabilities and industry practices.
- Identify user experience improvements, contribute to solution design, and research industry trends and solution capabilities.
- Partner with solution delivery, change management, and technical architecture functions to deliver enhancements.
Candidate profile
- Knowledge of HR processes is required; Workday HCM knowledge is advantageous.
- Explain technical solutions to business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical terms for delivery teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including CXOs.
Work arrangement
