Role Description
The Business Analyst will work part time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work from home.
This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements related to job posting workflows, user experience, and platform performance.
The Business Analyst will map and improve business processes, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and prepare clear documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Daily tasks include analyzing data trends from job listings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine features, and supporting decision-making with structured insights.
The role also includes facilitating meetings, clarifying requirements between business and technical teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for the platform.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear documentation, presentations, and collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding and the ability to assess, model, and optimize workflows.
- Candidates should possess experience in defining and managing Business Requirements for digital platforms or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the construction or recruitment industry in the UAE is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards, or business analysis software).
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and collaborate in a hybrid environment.
