Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst will gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications.
The role includes evaluating existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings and workshops, and support project delivery by contributing to planning, testing, and implementation activities.
Ongoing responsibilities also include preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership and project teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements for technology and process initiatives.
- Experience mapping and improving Business Process workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with requirements management tools and basic data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or technology services environments is an advantage.
