Business Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement discovery sessions, client calls, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with developers, UI/UX designers, QA, project managers, and technical teams.
• Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications where required.
• Manage requirement changes, scope clarifications, and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT planning, test case validation, issue clarification, and business acceptance.
• Track requirements and maintain documentation throughout the project.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and client requirements.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of Business Analyst experience in an IT or software development company.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.

Pay

• ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
