The Opportunity

Join PwC Acceleration Center India to support global client teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

The Senior Associate role in Technology Consulting analyzes data, provides strategic insights, and supports innovative software products and solutions.

The role involves building client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating ambiguity and complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate findings to drive decision-making.
  • Use business analysis and data analytics to support IT project lifecycle and product management initiatives.
  • Develop product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies aligned with evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with technology consulting teams to deliver software solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Build client connections and anticipate team and client needs in complex situations.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards and follow the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
  • Use varied tools and methodologies to generate ideas and solve business analysis problems.
  • Reflect on strengths and development areas to enhance skills and address growth opportunities.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Oral and written English proficiency.

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferred study background in computer systems analysis, data processing, analytics, data science, information technology, or management information systems.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, product testing, release support, and post-launch support.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, data, AI, and architecture teams.
  • Knowledge of AI and generative AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation, chatbots, RAG, and model explainability.
  • Experience using AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, user story creation, test scenarios, research, summarization, and productivity improvement.
  • Business analysis and data analytics capability to inform strategic decisions.
  • IT project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Product roadmap and lifecycle management experience.
  • Ability to interpret data, produce actionable recommendations, and solve complex business problems.
