We’re Hiring: Business & AI Operations Coordinator (1–5 Years Experience)
Are you organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced technology environment?
We are looking for a Business & AI Operations Coordinator to support business operations, documentation, research, coordination, and AI-assisted productivity initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, software development, QA, or related areas.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to turn discussions and ideas into clear, structured, and actionable outputs.
- Professional English communication skills – written and spoken.
- **Arab nationality is required.**
- Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
- **Valid work or family visa in Qatar.**
- **Available to join immediately or within one month.**
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements, meeting notes, action items, and summaries.
- Support coordination, planning, follow-up, and task tracking.
- Use AI tools for research, drafting, summarization, and productivity support.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, process flows, and structured documents.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and workflow validation activities.
- Coordinate professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
