Business Administrator
to join our Business Development Department.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team’s mission to drive sustainable growth and excellence in our commercial operations.
Business Administrator
supports company growth by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations and commercial projects.
This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments and maintaining structured follow-up systems to drive organizational efficiency
What You Will Do
- **Operational Support:**
- Coordinate and manage email communications for new and ongoing projects, ensuring seamless internal and external collaboration.
- **Documentation Excellence:**
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and easily accessible within our data systems.
- **Workflow Optimization:**
- Provide administrative support to streamline our daily operations and enhance team efficiency.
- **Market Growth:**
- Assist in identifying and researching new business opportunities to support our expansion.
- **Event Coordination:**
- Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and client engagements.
Who You Are
- **Education:**
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- You are a fresh graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- **Language:**
- Fluent in Arabic & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Skillset:**
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking across different departments.
