Businees development executive (IT sales)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr; identify opportunities and submit proposals.
• Clarify client needs and coordinate with technical teams on estimates; generate business and maintain client relationships.
• Handle lead generation, proposal writing, follow-ups, and negotiations; maintain a prospect pipeline and track bid performance.
• Communicate with international clients through chat, calls, and email, and work toward monthly targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, identify opportunities, and improve bidding strategies and proposal templates.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in online bidding, IT sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills; strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, or digital marketing.
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines; self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
