Bus Driving Duties
- Safely transport personnel between the village, airport and operational areas.
- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate trip records and complete relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel via two-way radio and other communication tools.
- Adhere to all road safety, site safety and fatigue management requirements.
- Assist with emergency transport requirements when required.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable and maintained to a high standard.
Utility Duties
- Support housekeeping and cleaning activities across village facilities.
- Undertake rubbish collection and waste management duties.
- Assist with kitchen and dining room operations, including cleaning and stock handling.
- Carry out general camp support tasks as directed.
- Assist other departments to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
About You
Valid and unrestricted MR Licence or higher .
Current Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (PTD) or ability to obtain.
Previous experience in a Bus Driver, Utility, Mine Site Services or similar role.
FIFO and/or remote site experience highly regarded.
Experience operating manual and automatic heavy vehicles.
Demonstrated commitment to safe driving practices, vehicle inspections and hazard reporting.
Confident using two-way radio communications and working within safety-critical environments.
Physically fit and able to undertake a range of utility duties, including cleaning, manual handling and outdoor work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
First Aid Certificate desirable.

Requirements
