Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Burger Chef who has hands-on experience in a kitchen, strong knowledge of ingredients, and a high work ethic.
You will be responsible for preparing delicious burgers to meet our quality standards while maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare burger ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces) and assemble menu items
- Ensure consistent taste and presentation by following established recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking stations and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (medium-level experience)
- Good understanding of burger-making techniques, ingredient preparation, and kitchen equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain focused under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
