Bureau Data Reporting Analyst II

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Report statistical and financial data to required agencies and obtain information to complete and pay assessments and surcharges on time.
• Use Oracle and cube data to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy and reconcile information to state pages.
• Work with IT to validate and test data for each assessment and data call.
• Update SharePoint daily with related documentation.
• Build partnerships with external bureaus, states, IT, Accounts Payable, Claims, Legal Compliance, Tax, and other departments.
• Keep current with market trends and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, time management, analytical, customer service, and interpretive skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment or independently.

Preferred qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is preferred.
• One to two years of insurance industry experience is preferred.
