Painter
Join Our Growing Construction Company in Dubai!
We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced, dedicated, and hardworking professionals to join our projects involving High-Rise Towers, Villas, and Building Construction across the UAE.
Requrements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in the relevant trade within the UAE/GCC construction industry.
- Experience in High-Rise Towers, Villas, Building Construction, and Fit-Out Projects will be highly preferred.
- Candidates must possess sound technical knowledge, practical skills, and the ability to interpret drawings and execute work according to project specifications.
- Good understanding of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project schedules while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
requirements
- on construction sites.
- Physically fit, hardworking, disciplined, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
- Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors and site management.
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently available within the UAE will be given priority.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid UAE visa, visit visa, or cancelled visa status.
- Foreman applicants must have demonstrated experience in managing manpower, coordinating subcontractors, reading construction drawings, and supervising High-Rise Tower & Villa projects.
- Skilled trade workers (Masons, Steel Fixers, Tile Fixers, AC Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Painters) must have hands-on experience in their respective fields with a proven record of quality workmanship.
- Labour candidates should be physically capable of handling general site activities and supporting multiple construction trades.
- Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
- All candidates should maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and compliance with company policies and site safety procedures.
- Relevant trade certificates, vocational qualifications, or UAE/GCC experience certificates will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Preference
✔ UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
✔ Immediate availability for joining.
✔ Ability to work on multiple project locations across Dubai and the UAE.
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork.
