Role responsibilities
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor building access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Observe CCTV feeds, alarm panels and other access control systems.
- Respond to fires, break-ins or medical incidents by alerting emergency services and guiding occupants to safety.
- Coordinate with residents, service personnel, maintenance contractors and delivery agents; log incidents and report maintenance issues to management.
