Building Supervisor - Residential Building

Overview

• We are seeking a Building Supervisor having experience in Mechanical Engineering and / or Building Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Buildings in Dubai.
• In this role, you will maintain a safe, welcoming environment for apartment owners, tenants, coordinate routine repairs, and manage on-site maintenance team .
• Scope of work
• Management of the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of a building;
• Supervise on-site maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff;
• Regularly inspect building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs;
• Address tenant requests, complaints, and service emergencies, ensuring high levels of occupant satisfaction;
• Liaise with contractors, obtain quotes for specialized services, and oversee facility improvements;
• Ensure the property adheres to building codes, health regulations, and local authority requirements (such as Dubai Civil Defense, Municipality safety standards & other relevant authorities ), and;
• Maintain operations records, manage supply inventory, and prepare progress and incident reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general building systems (MEP - mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage & Supervise minimum 20 staff on site .
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with tenants, contractors, and senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to quickly troubleshoot issues and manage facility emergencies
