About The Role
- We are seeking two experienced Building Supervisors to join our growing team in Adelaide:
- **Commercial Site/ Building Supervisor**
- **Residential Site/ Building Supervisor**
- These are hands-on leadership roles responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with building standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Resolve site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure all project documentation and reporting requirements are completed.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum
- 5 years' experience
- in a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role.
- Experience supervising either commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Relevant building, construction, or trade qualifications (preferred).
