Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; two years of experience in building trades or construction; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this classification.
- Specific License or Certification Required: Must possess and maintain, or obtain within 6 months of employment, a valid State of Georgia contractors or master trades license, (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) or International Code Council (ICC) Residential and Commercial Building Inspections Certification (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical) according to area of assignment. May be required to obtain and maintain additional certifications as deemed necessary.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
