What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule.
  • Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Read blueprints and oversee project execution.
  • Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite resources.
  • Communicate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of construction experience.
  • Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license required.
