Qualifications
- ·5-10 years experience in building enclosure consulting and project management
- Registered Architect/Licensed Engineer in the States of WA, CA, CO, AZ, HI, TX, OR, ID, MT, UT desired.
- Experience with client relations, preparation of construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
- Experience with quality assurance reviews with construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with detailed-level reviews of Division 07 and 08 submittal and shop drawings.
- Familiar with exterior curtain wall, window wall, glass, masonry, concrete, air-barrier, coating, sealant, and metal panel systems.
- Familiar with roofing and below-grade waterproofing systems.
- Familiar with existing building code and code requirements for remediation within the built environment.
