Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 1,200 – AED 1,500 (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Building Cleaners to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of residential, commercial, and office buildings. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, parking areas, and washrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other building surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances and outdoor surrounding areas.
• Refill soap, tissue, and other hygiene supplies in washrooms.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
• Follow health, safety, and company cleaning standards.
• Perform deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Building Cleaner, Housekeeping Staff, or Cleaner preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours standing, walking, and lifting.
• Punctual, hardworking, and well-groomed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
