Optima AI is an AI-native consultancy building real-world software fast.
We’re looking for practical developers who can turn vague business problems into useful software quickly using AI tools.
This role is for builders who move fast, think clearly, debug well, and communicate honestly.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered tools, automations, and applications
- Use AI coding tools daily
- Turn messy ideas into working products
- Debug, test, and ship quickly
- Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong builder mindset
- Comfortable with AI-native workflows
- Fast execution and good judgment
- Independent problem solving
- Clear communication
- Must have experience:
• React / Next.js
- Python or Node.js
- APIs and automations
- LLMs and AI agents
- Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, etc.
- Invite-only process:
- Enter access code
- Submit short application
- Complete short AI interview
- If unlocked, complete a 30–45 min practical task
- Submit task via GitHub or ZIP.
