- WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
- Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by air conditioning systems. Must be able to and able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per day. Must be able to lift to 25-50 pounds. Requires dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, vending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, management and team.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods and California cannabis regulations
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check as required by California law.
