The consultant option includes training, marketing, lead, and administrative support; the team leader option includes team management and sales-target ownership.
Property consultant responsibilities
- Generate and convert prospective property leads.
- Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on market trends, values, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct viewings and presentations; negotiate sales and lease terms.
- Manage transactions from initial contact through closing and post-sale service.
Team leader responsibilities
- Lead and mentor consultants toward monthly sales targets.
- Oversee lead generation, client pitching, negotiations, and transaction closures.
- Monitor Dubai market opportunities and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- Strong English communication, presentation, motivation, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- A UAE driving license and vehicle are preferred for consultants.
- Team leader applicants need a proven UAE real estate sales record, leadership and deal-closing skills, excellent English, and deep Dubai market and legal-framework knowledge.
- Additional languages are advantageous for the team leader option.
Compensation and training
- The posting states AED 3,000–12,000 per month and describes commission/incentives and team overrides or bonuses.
- In-house training and mentorship are offered.
