Assist the division in developing business and facilitating transactions with distribution channels.
Serve brokers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor sales and marketing activities as directed by the Broker Sales Manager; report in the agreed format and on time.
- Build relationships with prospects, clients, and channel representatives; develop and improve broker channels.
- Negotiate with brokers to develop lines of business suited to their portfolios and introduce new products.
- Coordinate broker collections and account reconciliations; follow up and escalate complaints until resolved.
Technical and functional requirements
- Good knowledge of Business Administration, Marketing, insurance laws and practices, and insurance products and developments.
- Good negotiation skills; proficiency in English and Microsoft Office programs.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in insurance sales or marketing servicing in corporate business.
