Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Broker Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our regulated financial services business.
The successful candidate will initially focus on reporting, analytics, operational support, and process management, with the role gradually expanding into client services, onboarding, compliance support, and operational excellence initiatives.
This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions of a brokerage business, including operations, trading support, reporting, client servicing, and business management.
1. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Analyze trading, client, revenue, and operational data.
- Develop dashboards and operational performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights.
- Assist management with business intelligence reporting.
2. Operational Support
- Support day-to-day brokerage operations.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Assist with account administration and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers, platform vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational workflows and escalate exceptions.
3. Client Onboarding & Administration
- Review client applications and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate KYC and due diligence processes.
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Support account opening and account maintenance activities.
4. Client Services
- Respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Assist clients with operational and administrative requests.
- Maintain high standards of client experience and service quality.
5. Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Assist in preparation of regulatory reports.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Business Support
- Conduct market and business research.
- Prepare presentations and management reports.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
Essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Professional written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Futures, or Capital Markets.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of financial markets.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and brokerage operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Career interest in brokerage operations, capital markets, financial services, or fintech.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
