Qualifications

• What you’ll bring
• Strong experience in marine insurance, with specialist knowledge of Protection & Indemnity and marine liability risks. • Experience managing complex client relationships within broking, P&I Clubs, marine underwriting, claims, legal, shipping or maritime risk environments. • A credible client-facing style, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and advise confidently on technical and commercial matters. • Good understanding of the marine market, including P&I Clubs, insurers, placement dynamics and the issues affecting shipowners and maritime clients. • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and commercially. • Ability to lead account activity, coordinate teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to draw on specialist expertise across WTW and bring the best of the firm to clients. • ACII, legal, maritime, insurance or other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous, but are not essential where equivalent experience can be demonstrated.
