About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Prepare and mix mortar or other bonding materials
• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or stones in rows, patterns, and shapes
• Cut or trim bricks to fit required dimensions using hand or power tools
• Align structures using plumb lines, levels, and measuring tools
• Repair and maintain existing masonry structures
• Install damp-proof courses, lintels, and reinforcement where required
• Clean excess mortar and maintain finished surfaces
• Follow site safety rules and company HSE policies
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades on site
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Brick Mason or Masonry Worker
• Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor site conditions
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Knowledge of basic construction safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI / Trade Certificate in Masonry or Construction (preferred)
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• GCC / UAE project experience is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor construction environment
• Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project needs

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per hour
