Brick Associate, Sales

Responsibilities

Compensation

• This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultants will receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wage is paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
