- Who we’re looking for:
- Brewer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in craft or industrial brewing (strong fermentation background is a big plus)
- Someone who truly loves the full brewing process: mashing, fermentation, maturation, filtration, and quality control
- Detail-oriented professional who respects tradition but is excited to work with innovative technology
- Team player comfortable in a multicultural environment
- Good command of English
Your role will include
- Full brewing cycle — from raw materials intake to finished product
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality and halal certification
- Contributing to new flavor development and process optimization
- Working with our proprietary fermentation technology (alcohol-free from start to finish)
- Production monitoring and continuous improvement
