Qualifications

  • We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have demonstrated experience as a Breakfast Chef or comparable position in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Possess good skills and a passion for breakfast cuisine.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Are able to work 39 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis, though with all starting with breakfast hours.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
  • Can successfully implement new recipes and kitchen processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Hold relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.

  • As a Breakfast Chef, your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring flawless presentation and taste.
  • Manage kitchen operations during breakfast service, maintaining a strictly organized and efficient workspace.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth execution of breakfast service.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed to ensure all ingredients are available.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special dietary requests with integrity and care.
  • Support preparation of dishes for other services
  • Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,
  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
