Role Description

As a Brand Motion Designer at Line Agency, you will create motion graphics, animated brand assets, and short-form video content that bring brand identities to life across digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with brand designers, strategists, and copywriters to translate static design systems into dynamic visual narratives, including logo animations, social content, presentations, and product or service explainers.

Daily tasks include storyboarding, creating style frames, designing and animating visual elements, refining motion systems, and preparing final deliverables optimized for web, social, and other channels.

You will participate in creative reviews, contribute ideas to branding concepts, and ensure that all motion work is consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in motion design and animation for branding, including storyboarding, animating typography, and creating transitions and visual effects.
  • Strong skills in visual design fundamentals such as composition, color, layout, and typography, with the ability to work within established brand systems.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion and design software).
  • Ability to adapt static brand identities into cohesive motion systems for social media, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital formats, aspect ratios, export settings, and best practices for delivering motion assets across platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating motion design work for brands or products, highlighting both creativity and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Interest in design trends, branding, and emerging motion techniques, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
