Brand & Content Management
Develop and execute monthly and weekly content plans.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity, vision, and aesthetic.
Generate creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and brand growth.
Maintain a consistent and premium brand image across all platforms.
Content Creation
Create, film, and produce daily content including reels, stories, videos, and lifestyle content.
Photograph and film products, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and day-to-day brand activities.
Appear in content when required and help bring the brand story to life.
Edit and prepare content for publishing across all social media platforms.
Social Media Management
Manage all company social media accounts.
Schedule and publish content regularly.
Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and audience growth.
Stay updated with trends and implement relevant ideas that fit the brand.
Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
Coordinate promotional activities and brand initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage paid advertising campaigns or coordinate with external agencies when required.
Influencer & PR Management
Source, communicate, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
Organize influencer collaborations and gifting campaigns.
Track influencer performance and campaign results.
Develop relationships with media partners and relevant brand contacts.
Events & Activations
Assist in planning and executing pop-ups, events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
Coordinate content creation and social media coverage during events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management, including developing and maintaining brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel initiatives.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and analytics tools to track performance and optimize results.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, KPIs, and marketing reports to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in the GCC region or similar markets is preferred, with an understanding of local culture and business practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage timelines under a contract arrangement, and adapt quickly in a growing organization.
